Programs

Registration for all programs will be held Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00-7:00pm.  All classes are first come first serve and class size is limited. Sign up early to reserve your spot.   Fees are due at time of registration.  Registration fee of $20 is required when registering per family.  This fee is non-refundable.  Fees for first month will be due the first week of class.

Weight Training for Kids

Parents can participate for free.  Ages 8 & up  Monday and Wednesday from 6:00-6:45.  Fee is $40 a month for both days.I will teach your child how to safely and correctly lift weights while improving strength.  Children will not be lifting heavy weights.  Workouts will be individually designed to meet the needs of your child.  When building muscular strength it will increase metabolism and help with weight loss.  Muscular strength will also improve athletic skills in other sports.  Strength training should only be done during off season.  These classes will only be taught by Beth Keel, B.S. H.P.Ed.  Space is limited, register early.
