Pregnancy massages 1 hour for $90; Hot Stone massages 1 hour for $90. Ear Candling, 2 in 30 minutes for $25 or 4 in 60 minutes for $50.
You may schedule on Saturdays at the Alabama Kidnastics Suite A-3 location or can schedule Chris in your home weekdays 3-6 pm
Swedish: I do a full-body massage using soft gliding strokes mixed with some deeper techniques.
Pregnancy: Given only after first trimester. I use pillows to bolster the expectant Mom, gentle strokes to relax her.
Hot Stones: Hot stones are placed over a sheet on certain parts of the body to pre-relax muscles, then the massage is given using another stone in the palm.
Ear Candling: Clears sinuses by burning a hollow candle that creates a vacuum and gets wax out of the ears.
